  • Abstract
    We report a 3D GaAs X-band PA MMIC delivering over two watts with excellent gain. Additionally, excellent performance is obtained from a very compact ultra-long delay line, and a multi-layer inductor. Transmission line losses are measured. This technology is attractive for Si also.
