  • Abstract
    For solving the deviation between the supply chain planning and the actual market demands in Mass Customization (MC), the collaborative allocation of general modules in the product-family-oriented supply chain in MC has been researched. First, the idea basis of the collaborative allocation of the general modules was discussed. Then, the different meanings of the general modules in the different customization depth were analyzed. Based on the above analyses, the directed weighted bipartite describing the collaborative allocation was built, and the optimum allocation solution was acquired by the method of augmentation road algorithm. Finally, the actualization conditions of collaboratively allocating the general modules in the product-family-oriented supply network in MC were discussed.
