    Presents a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation. • A minimal model can reproduce most delay components of the existing NAS - Airport called rates - Airframe itineraries - Airport gates • Large discrepancies remain for gate departure delays • Gate departure delay error may be the result of un-modeled (and un-modellable?) processes
