Research on Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Based on Web2.0

Knowledge share, a basis of knowledge management, played an important role in the improvement of organization core competitiveness. The emergence of Web 2.0 brings a new opportunity to share knowledge among people while there are few literatures to reference. In this paper, we analyzed the basic features of Web 2.0, and systematically discussed the knowledge sharing mechanism based on Web 2.0 from two dimensions: individual-to-individual knowledge share and group knowledge share. Finally, the direction of follow-up research is pointed out.
