Empirical Analysis of Informatization Strategy for China´s Manufacturing Enterprises

Informatization construction has become a very important measure for manufacturing enterprises to upgrade the value chains. However, some enterprises have discovered various problems in the informatization process: difficulty in confirming the informatization strategy, incompatibility between the informatization strategy and enterprise strategy and so on. This article has raised the analytical framework for manufacturing enterprise informatization strategy on the basis of overall management performance index system of enterprise information and conducted empirical analysis to the enterprise informatization strategy performance by using informatization index investigation data in the manufacturing industry between 2004-2006.
