Abstract
In this article we have made an attempt to examine the knowledge mining process as an example of a process in its essence. The IDEF0 standard was used for this examination. Psychological aspect impact is considered as the most important control impact. As a rule ldquotechnical orientedrdquo people pay no attention to such kind of aspects and consider it to be ldquovirtualrdquo, i.e. not real, not scientific, but we should underline its importance. We have tried to prove that psychological aspect and sociological methods may be very useful in computer sciences, for example, for knowledge mining process improving.
