  • Abstract
The paper proposes a web-based man-machine cooperative method of identified wetland birds and birds epidemic. Then analysis and research the credible certification of networking. This system uses the WiFi Pan/Tilt IP camera to collect remote data in network. After the server´s automatic identification, classification and treatment, through the mobile video technology to Web data in the form of reports, and streaming media services to provide online confirmed identification to complete certification for the disease to achieve a credible mobile identification purposes. Academic value of this paper is: System using the modern mobile network technology to solve the birds and disease recognition in accuracy, efficiency and reliability issues.
