  • Abstract
    In this paper, how to apply the ARM7-based board to develop embedded NC system was presented. First of all, the system´s modules are developed by the board itself functions. then, μC/OS-II is transplanted in the ARM7.The system´s software is developed in μC/OS-II.ARM is a kind of professional chip which has characteristics of high-performance, low cost and power consumption. It can reduce hardware cost effectively to develop numerical control (NC) system using this chip. Because of its variety of features, the hardware control card of NC system designed with ARM chip becomes more compact without losing any performance and stability.
