Abstract
This paper studies the problem of stabilizing unstable equilibrium point of continuous chaotic systems with unmeasured state variables, and proposes a control method for a class of continuous chaotic systems using state observer and PI regulator. First, we design a state observer for the continuous chaotic systems, then design a PI regulator using the observed state variables as the controller of the chaotic system. Finally, the proposed control method is applied to the Chua´s circuit, verifying the correctnes of the proposed method.
