On Flexible Strategy for Operation Risk in Supply Chain

This paper analyzed the risk factors of supply chain operation in the first place, i.e. supply risk, demand risk and cooperation risk. And then, the flexible strategies are proposed to resist the operation risk, which can be classified as flexible production, flexible manufacture, flexible inventory, flexible contract, flexible culture, flexible supplier and flexible logistics. By the flexible strategies, the security and stability can be promoted, and the loss caused by the operation risk can be reduced.
