Abstract
The power deposition inside the head, due to phones equipped with helical antennas, has been computed developing an FDTD code with a graded mesh. Both radiating properties of the phone (radiation impedance, radiation pattern, etc) and power absorption in an anatomical model of the human head have been evaluated for three different types of cellular phones.
