Project-Based Development Model of Carbon Finance -- Chinese Development Analysis of Carbon Finance

To develop low-carbon economy, carbon finance must to be primary. And what is the carbon finance? Carbon finance is the trading which is aim at reducing greenhouse gas (mainly CO₂) emissions, including a variety of trading tools, derivatives trading, and some investment activities. Also, through the development of recent years, carbon financial markets extended a number of financial intermediation, such as providing security, consulting and other services. Focus of this paper is to study the situation of China´s carbon finance development, to combine the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) with the development project-based carbon finance. And I will find problems of the development through researches, and propose a solution for the problems.
