Abstract
This paper presents modified predictive direct power control (P-DPC) method for three-phase active rectifier with line currents harmonic spectrum control. In proposed model based system, behavior of active and reactive power is predicted for all available voltage vectors generated by the converter. Voltage vector which minimizes cost function is selected for next sampling period. Due to use additional digital filters it is possible to shape line current harmonic spectrum. Experimental results on 5 kVA laboratory AC/DC converter shows system performance in stationary and transient states.
