Abstract
This paper discusses different techniques used in industry to select projects. These tools range from strategic to financial based. The report provides examples of analysis techniques and how program managers use the "triple constraint" concept of scope, resource, and cost to help identify potential road blocks early in the development phase to recommend or decline pursuing these business ventures
