Abstract
A new high current shunt is developed, intended to measure AC&DC high current in the calibration of power and energy. The shunt consists of more than 100 resistance wires in parallel connection, which are made of copper and manganin. And due to the coaxial symmetrical structure, the current flowing over each resistance wire is almost the same.
