Abstract
The IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) in all-IP based next generation communication environment can offer network/service providers various multimedia services (e.g.,voice, audio, video and data etc). The IMS is worthy of notice in that it is possible to make wired/wireless convergence and quick service development. The IMS needs an efficient Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)-based routing among Call Session Control Functions (CSCF) in charge of call and session processing. In this paper, we propose a dynamic routing algorithm for managing CSCF agents using management system based on Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security (FCAPS) in the IMS network.
