Abstract
In this study, by employing CIPP evaluation model, we will perform a systematic and synthetic analysis of relation between understanding and satisfaction level of participants in introduction to engineering programs on the basis of factors that are categorized into process, context, input and product. Therefore, this will significantly elevate the quality of introduction to engineering programs which work with local universities and seek professionalism in accordance with company´s cultures and businesses. This study will also provide references which are critical to achieve training goals and suggest how the programs should be run to the program coordinators of various engineering training innovations centers.
