Abstract
The effective executive operating in the project management process in today´s international environment ought to formulate, operate and execute across many-sided environmental and organizational modes for different projects all through their separate phases. The aim is to attain consequences that meet shareholder expectations. This paper drew a lot of research on coping with project managers to provide an informational integrated approach. The approach could assist senior executives and project managers to manage the strategic and operational facets of dissimilar projects. At last, this paper draws a conclusion that identifying problems and implementing timely corrective actions is important to improve projects´ success.
