Abstract
Service innovation community is an important place for service innovation of multi-agent. It has become the innovation source for the enterprise to seek. The paper makes a description of innovation process by the dominant organizers based on community innovation. By constructing an organizers and multiple participants´ innovation cooperation process, it gets some finding by using team theory and the principal-agent theory model. The conclusion is that incentive is focused on making participants enhanced co-operation for a high degree of integration innovation combined output of innovation. At the same time, it is the key to promote the incentive of individual participants´ best effort for the low degree of integration innovation combined output of innovation.
