Abstract
It is important for consumers to understand the quality of electric power that they can expect from the supply system. There have been various benchmarking efforts performed around the world to help define the expected power quality. This paper describes two important documents that have been put together to summarize benchmarking efforts and to provide recommended indices for characterizing performance. These documents provide a good foundation for ongoing benchmarking and system power quality reporting efforts
