Abstract
Nonlinearity and dispersion parameters of a piece of photonic crystal fiber (PCF) are investigated using a four-wave mixing process between two continuous pump waves. A theoretical analysis simulates the experimental conditions and is exploited to determine the nonlinear Kerr coefficient, chromatic dispersion.
