  • Abstract
    We demonstrate the temperature-insensitive strain sensors based on stretched abrupt-tapered micro-fiber in the erbium fiber laser ring cavity. The strain sensitivity is significantly enhanced to 4.443 nm/mε by properly choosing the diameter at wavelength scale.
