  • Abstract
This research reported in this paper is concerned with modeling relationships between individuals as they transact across organization boundaries in virtual partnerships or supply chain networks. Opportunistic behaviour is explored particularly in non-standard situations where behaviours can lead to win-lose situations and reduced trust. Transactional Analysis (TA) was used to model the interactions between the individuals and organisations and in particular it was applied to games, which have been identified and observed in these relationships.
