Abstract
The problem of charge injection into an insulator with negative correlation energy traps is analyzed. It is shown that consideration of the interaction between the traps makes it possible to explain the long-lasting relaxation region on the injection current vs. time plots and the peculiarities of charge accumulation at the contacts
