Abstract
Competitive advantage is most important in systems development. It can be created in requirements analysis of the life cycle. This paper shows the framework for finding competitive advantage in requirement analysis. The framework has been used for systems development in the life insurance industry and some research in the e-learning field. University students have used the framework in systems analysis exercises. It was found that the framework is an effective method for finding competitive advantage in requirements analysis.
