Abstract
Along with the advent of economic globalization, the science and technology transfer becomes a key power to push economic growth. The different science and technology transfer mode has different effects. Research on the effective mode of science and technology transfer may enhance the result. By adopting detailed analyze of national science and technology transfer mode to establish an evaluation model. Finally, the paper also puts forward some strategies on science and technology transfer.
