The research on Real-Time Alarm Algorithm in network traffic monitoring systrm

In this paper, a real-time network traffic monitoring system is presented. The presented system captures the traffic, parses the captured go-through packets and analyzes the current network traffic in a real-time manner. Thus, the developed system effectively provides the real-time traffic information for users to refer. The system offers a web-based interface for users to access. Through this web-based user interface, the authenticated users may obtain the traffic information. We analyze the network and the system design. Then we focus on the research of Real-Time Alarm Algorithm which is the core algorithmic to realize this system. At last, the result is given to prove the algorithm.
