Abstract
In the recent years, traditional centralized telecom networks have to face a lot of troubles, e.g. the complicated architecture, too many entities with the risk of single-point performance bottleneck and single-point failure. In this paper, with the aim to solve problems of centralized telecom networks and based on the analysis of P2P network, the P4P service network is brought forward. The P4P service network is divided into three layers, which are the service data layer, the service control layer and the access layer. While in the service data layer and the service control layer, service nodes are organized as P2P peers and service trackers are introduced to make the service network operable, manageable and cost efficient. The architecture and the operations of the P4P service network are specified in detail in this paper.
