Abstract
This research has designed an integration structure of knowledge based on the unified framework which has the capability to analyze and design manufacturing systems. It presents a global view of the integrated production forecast information system in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Knowledge Management (KM) and Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS), and describes the different activity using the IDEF0 modeling technique. Starting from the production process of ERP database, we perform research on knowledge sharing of ERP, KM and IDSS integration and increasing production forecast capability. It is innovated to realize these issues about knowledge-sharing, accuracy of production forecast and other application. In this method, the IDEF0 and IDEF1X models can be translated into information analysis tools. These features make the integration structure of knowledge based on the unified framework method a powerful tool for analyzing, designing and forecasting manufacturing systems.
