Abstract

The quickly increasing of inter-trading fields is not only a sign but an important driving force of the rapid development of our country. But our small and medium firms get in a significant unfavorable seat even if they have gained great progress. The irrationality of decision-making, especially in sales, makes a firmly causation to the situation. Through this paper we want to import Decision Supporting Systems to increase scientific index of decision-making in the sales procedures, meanwhile use UML activity diagram to describe the workflow. Finally the Agents are analyzed from the perspective of rules.
