Research and Analysis of College Undergraduate Software Talents Training Mode

In recent years, there are more and more educational institutions with multi-talented and multi-level talent and the scale expands constantly. However, the problem that the talent structure is irrational and the software professionals cultivated by educational institutions can´t meet the needs of enterprises hasn´t been solved. This paper tends to deeply analyze the two reasons arising from these two situations and come up with a fundamental solution to solve China´s two major problems and meet with our country´s education system.
