  • Abstract
    This paper studies how to find the control value of actuator in intelligent control system of active optics. With the methods of Finite Element Analysis(FEA), Orthogonal experiment and BP Neural Network, the relationship between the control value of actuator in deformable mirror and the shape of the deformable mirror is built. Based on this relationship, when any shape of the deformable mirror is needed, the corresponding control value of actuator can be provided. According to these control values, the intelligent control system of active optics will control the displacement of actuator and the response time will be reduced significantly by this method.
