Abstract
This paper established a risk assessment index system based on six aspects of environment, technology, production, capital, management, market by comprehensively analyzing the uncertainties in the process of emerging technology industrialization, and gave a gray level synthesis assessment model with combination of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and gray clustering method. Finally, the practical example verified the accuracy, validity and practicality of the assessment model.
