  • Abstract
    In the face of the economic crisis, every enterprise has to reduce the producing cost. In CRT, PCM (purity convergency magnet) is a very important component. The electromagnetism characteristic of PCM is one of the most important working performances. it is also the key to assure the quality of the PCM. So how to calculate and verify the PCM electromagnetism characteristic before producing become more and more important for the CRT enterprise. In this paper, according to the working principals of the ferromagnetic element in CRT, it deduces the formula of the PCM electromagnetism characteristic, and setups the mathematics model. At the end the PCM electromagnetism characteristic calculating and verifying system (PCMe system) is developed and applied to the enterprise. The experiment result shows that PCMe system can calculate and verify the electromagnetism characteristic of PCM.
