Research of industry-university knowledge alliance base on embedded relationship and inter-organizational learning

This study regards Chinese enterprise, university and the corresponding alliance as research object, combines relevant survey and the theories of industry-university cooperation, knowledge alliances, embedded relationships, inter-organizational learning, the study has constructed three embedded relationships, including trust-dimension, resource-dimension and connection-dimension, and analyses the relationship between them and the innovation performance of enterprise and university. The study treats organizational learning as an intermediary variable, using a large sample of mathematical statistics, analyses the mechanism of each variable.
