Abstract
The relationship between the performance of the faculty in a higher technological institute and some organizational and personal variables like, motivation, dedication, job-satisfaction, age and position, etc. is examined. The results of the study validate a set of proposed hypothesis which may be usefully employed to improve the organizational climate for better performance
