Abstract
The authors present a new multirate sampling control scheme for model matching. This scheme basically comprises a linear time invariant (LTI) controller and a zeroth order sample and hold. The plant and controller models are formulated. The design of the digital multirate controller is described. Arbitrary zero assignment, pole assignment, and complete model matching can be achieved by using this controller. A numerical example is given
