Research on Risk Management of Enterprise Informationization in China

In order to improve success rate of enterprise informatization in China, compared with the counterpart in developed countries, the current situation of the risk management in the enterprises´ infomationization in China has a serious deficiency both from inner precaution and outer supervision. The reasons for it can be listed as the deviation of understanding, the rough technology of implementation and lack of security systems. In order to overcome such conditions, this paper presents that it can be overcome by raising precaution awareness, constructing outer risk supervision system, and establishing a long-term risk management mechanisms. In this way, the success rate of implementing infomationization project can be improved and the infomationization risk can be lowered.
