After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Iron and steel industry is an important pillar industry in national economy, which plays a very important strategic role in the development of China´s economy. That the concentration ratio of iron and steel industry of China is low has seriously constrainted the development of the industry. Based on an overview of the status quo of the concentration ratio of iron and steel industry, this paper reaches conclusions that terms of binding punishment discout factor and trigger strategy are main factors that affect the concentration ratio of iron and steel industry by adopting Complete Information Static Games???Infinitely Repeated Dynamic Games Incomplete Information Dynamic Games of three methods of game theory, and make recommendations from macro???meso and mico three levels.
