Abstract
In order to improve quality of teaching and method of teaching and learning process, flexible strategy is introduced into e-learning - flexible teaching model is created. This model includes flexible teaching and learning idea, teaching strategy, flexible management and flexible organization. The model provides new learning method such as peer exchange for learners to change their learning strategy. At the same time, the model provides design aid of teaching method and teaching means for teachers. Flexible evaluation methodology is adopted to ensure the quality of e-learning. In this way, teaching ideas are changed and teaching effect is upgraded.
