  • Abstract
In the resting state, the fMRI data were collected and preprocessed in patients with schizophrenia. Used the correlation analysis of seed and T-test method, the brain functional networks were constructed based on the complex network theory, and the statistical properties of the networks were analyzed. The result showed that the brain functional network had significant small-world properties in patients with schizophrenia. The study also indicated that the model of complex network is a very useful tool and new perspective for analysing the brain functional network in the overall perspective. The finding makes a better understanding of the neurophysiological mechanism of schizophrenia.
