Resource Gathering and Application Mode towards Group Integrated Superiority

Resource superiority service providers have no incentive to improve QoS and satisfaction and even cannot provide personalized services because of more attracted consumers. Meanwhile, resource relative disadvantage service providers cannot make full use of their superior resources because of the lack of consumers, and cannot afford comprehensive and personalized services. To break through the limitation, we proposed resource gathering and application mode in this paper. Using the mode, service center which is group integrated superiority is established to help resource relative disadvantage service providers attract more consumers and provide personalized and comprehensive services. And then resource superiority service providers can even be stimulated to improve QoS and satisfaction. At last, this paper gave an evaluation of the mode.
