Construction Safety Assurance System of Key Water-control Project

Safety of key water-control project construction is of great significance to people´s lives and national economic development. Science and technology and economic develop rapidly at present, there will be more large-scale and more complex key water-control project, and the safety assurance work will be much more difficult. So this paper tries to form a perfect construction safety assurance system of key water-control project. It mainly contains personnel assurance system, institution assurance system, method assurance system and safety measure system.
