Abstract
A compact, wide dynamic range, four quadrant analog CMOS multiplier is presented. The use of Floating-Gate MOS (FGMOS) transistors and a precise wide-swing current mirror allows to employ low supply voltages while maintaining at the same time a large input range, low harmonic distortion and high linearity. Simulation results verify the performance of the proposed circuit.
