Abstract
This paper deals with plans and measurements of BLDC motor applying the soft magnetic composite (SMC) of the same iron powder. Also, using SMC standards in motor design are provided. In comparison to the normal three-dimensional shape of the silicon steel production, the SMC core material has some merits in high speed motor and reducing the core loss. Through the first 2-D design, the measurement of SMC core materials in the BLDC motor is implemented. For application, a compact refrigerator production using SMC compression 120 W level of 3-phase BLDC motor applying soft magnet in the motor characteristics is described.
