Abstract
In this paper are examined the problems of planning and designing of automatic calculations in the tasks of normalization and formatting of primary videostreams and in the tasks of controlling during the functioning of computer means in the conditions of deep vacuum, radioactive emanation and ultra-low temperature. We examine the means of automatic performing of functionally necessary calculations in extreme conditions and with the limited power resources. Automized means of planning provide high level of performing of projects in the conditions of limited time resources and financing.
