  • Abstract
    Conceptual design is an important stage in product development. It is a hotspot that studying on modeling and simulation for schemes generated in the stage of conceptual design. The process of setting up the model of conceptual design schemes with the component library of AMESim doesn´t need specific parameters, and it corresponds the characteristics of concept design; setting up the effect chains of conceptual design schemes based on the model, proposing the method of setting up the qualitative modeling based on the effect chain, and proposing the basic process of qualitative simulation for conceptual design schemes. Take the degreasing machine of dropping pill for example to verify the feasibility of modeling and simulation for conceptual design schemes.
