Abstract
Food industry in the world economic field has the pivotal status and becomes a pillar of the national economy development. C food company faces the increasingly competitive market. In order to realize the optimization of supply chain company C, the paper analyzes food production and sales link, then constructs feasible optimization scheme of company C. The optimization scheme of supply chain helps food companies reduce production cost, improve product quality and strengthen the competitive advantage.
