Abstract
The subject studied is the problem of improvement of microwave energy distribution uniformity. The using of multi-element excitation of rectangular microwave chambers is proposed. The distribution calculations were carried out by means of the exhaustive method from the limited number of variants. Multi-element excitation allows the significant improvement of microwave energy distribution uniformity inside the material.
