  • Abstract
The paper constructs the ship manufacturing based on the fractal theory and focuses on the green manufacturing target which is compatible with the environment. Firstly, the paper presents three layers operation model of “enterprise layer - business layer - homework layer” which adapts to the green supply chain of ship manufacturing, then analyses the model under the freely double dimension structure decomposition. Therefore, the ship manufacturing can adjust the operational parameters and resource information automatically by modifying the structure and relationship of the model under the changing operational environment, so that the green supply chain of ship manufacturing can reach the aim of adapting with the operational environment, and achieve the final goal to sustain long-term survival and development.
